DIY Flower Buckets for Spring

Spring is such a lovely time for flowers, and one of my favourite ways to enjoy them is with DIY flower buckets. They’re simple, seasonal, and a really easy way to bring a bit of spring indoors—or add a cheerful touch to a small gathering or party.

Why I Love DIY Buckets

I love DIY buckets because they give you the flexibility to create your own arrangement at home. Each bucket is filled with seasonal flowers from my farm so you’re getting blooms at their freshest. You can take a bucket, pop it on your dining table, or use a few buckets to decorate a spring party or small event. They make beautiful statement pieces and let each bloom shine.

Tips for Arranging Your Bucket

  • Think About Height: Mix taller stems with shorter ones for a relaxed, natural look. Potomac snapdragons are perfect for adding vertical interest, while ranunculus and anemones sit beautifully lower in the arrangement.

  • Play With Colour: Combine pastels with pops of brighter hues for a cheerful, spring feel. Wallflowers and dianthus are great for adding subtle texture.

  • Keep It Simple: Don’t overfill - sometimes less is more. Leaving a bit of space lets each bloom shine and keeps the arrangement airy and fresh.

Easy to Bring Home

DIY buckets are fuss-free and ready to pick up from the stand. You take a bucket, a vase, or even a jug, and create your own arrangement at home - it’s that simple. They’re perfect for gifting or for hosting small parties, giving you beautiful, seasonal blooms without any stress.

Whether it’s a statement piece on your dining table, a little burst of colour for a spring gathering, or decoration for a party, they’re a simple way to enjoy fresh, seasonal blooms with minimal fuss.
